With nearly three decades of experience as an educator and football coach, Jason Kruger has dedicated his life to helping others reach their full potential—on and off the field. After 29 years of teaching and coaching at the middle and high school level, Jason brings the same passion, discipline, and motivation that shaped his athletes into his work as a certified NASM personal trainer.
At J Kru Fitness, Jason combines his deep understanding of human performance, biomechanics, and motivation with a teacher’s eye for detail and a coach’s drive for excellence. Most recently, he has been a personal trainer in a high-volume corporate gym, training a wide range of clients—from beginners to experienced lifters—while delivering structured assessments, personalized programming, and consistent accountability. Now he brings that same proven, results-driven approach into at-home training, creating effective workouts with programs are designed to meet clients where they are—whether that means building muscle, losing weight, improving athletic performance, or regaining strength and confidence.
Jason believes that fitness is more than just a workout—it’s a process of learning, growth, and transformation. His coaching philosophy can be summed up in three words:
